A virus escapes in a secret underground facility and turns all the staff into flesh eating zombies.
Lackluster video game adaptation that really should have been so much more. It suffers in comparison to the games, which had a real sense of dread and superb atmosphere. While it lacks scares, it does manage the odd good moment, especially the stunning final shot, but even that just adds to the disappointment.
