Messengers, The

The Messengers (2007)

A troubled family moves in to a farmhouse only for the children to start having ghostly visions.
Dull horror from the usually reliable Pang Brothers. This, their English language debut, struggles with obvious scares and a weak story. While there's potential in the setting, it doesn't have any new ideas and feels like a retread of hundreds of other films like it. A wasted effort from directors who are capable of much more.
