Mike is released from a psychiatric hospital and joins Reggie in trying to track down the Tall Man.
Average sequel that doesn't quite live up to the original. The story isn't bad but it lacks the surreal qualities that the first film had. The plot is more linear and action orientated this time around, but it's not quite as scary. It has got some good ideas though and the Tall Man is still a memorable character.
