A small Louisiana town is terrorised by a local man possessed by the souls of 13 murderers.
A weak effort that falls short in it's attempt to create a new horror icon. While it has some gruesome deaths and an interesting location, it doesn't actually manage any real scares. The teens are all average slasher fare and it's hard not to find yourself rooting for the killer. It all looks good but it's a very shallow exercise.
