A government agency recruits psychics to enter people's dreams.
An uneven sci-fi fantasy film that falls short by trying to cover too many genres. It's not sure whether to be a straightforward horror or an adventure aimed at a family audience, the shifts in tone undermining the interesting concept. It's a shame that some good dream sequences and a decent cast are mostly wasted.
