Sam has a vision of Dean killing someone, so the brothers head to a town called Rivergrove to find out why. The place seems deserted though and some of the townsfolk are infected with a virus.
An impressive episode with a a fair amount of black humour and a plot that feels like something out of a Stephen King novel. The abandoned town is perfectly realised and it's good to see the writers tackling another one of the genre staples.
