Four horror tales based on urban legends.
Tame horror anthology that is saved by one great segment. Terror In Topanga is a dull effort that has been done better. Bishop Of Battle is by far the best part, with a young Emilio Estevez and great 80s special effects. The Benediction is well acted and reminiscent of Spielberg's Duel. Night Of The Rat is laughably bad and not worth watching.
