Hannibal Lecter comes out of hiding and returns to America where he is tracked down by Agent Starling and one of his old victims.
Unnecessary sequel that is ridiculously bad when you consider the talent involved. The story is boring, the acting is awful and there is no suspense whatsoever. It forgoes scares in favour of scenes that are either too repulsive to watch or too laughable to take seriously.
