A sorority house is terrorised by obscene phone calls coming from inside the house.
Stylish horror that was shamefully overlooked when first released. It is rare for a slasher film to contain likeable characters, strong acting and good writing but this actually has all three. It's brilliantly directed by Bob Clark and manages to be terrifying without resorting to cheap shocks or unnecessary gore.
