The residents of Bodega Bay are viciously attacked by an increasing number of birds.
Classic Hitchcock thriller that is a masterclass in suspense. The movie starts slowly, but the pacing helps build tension and when the bird attacks start they come thick and fast. The direction is stunning and it's interesting to note the complete lack of music, which creates a superbly eerie atmosphere throughout.
