A group of hippies at a festival are targeted by a Ronald Reagan-obsessed killer.
A below average slasher that has some promising ideas which ultimately fall flat. It has a solid cast but it's so poorly written that the characters are difficult to root for. The film struggles to find a balance between being humorous and scary and fails to be either. A flawed debut effort from Arquette.
