During a heist in a Moscow skyscraper, a professional thief and his hostages become trapped on the mysterious 13th floor.
Bizarre comedy horror that is a little too strange for its own good. There are some genuinely funny moments and the cast aren't bad, but unfortunately they can't make up for the amateurish direction and weak writing. A waste of an intriguing premise.
