A company mass producing Halloween masks plans to kill millions of people through their television sets.
A strange sequel that ignored the first two films in favour of a stand-alone story. It doesn't really work as the film fails to entertain or scare. It is atmospheric at times and there are some disturbing scenes, but it's a weak idea that suffers from its association with Halloween.
