A group of tourists backpacking in Brazil are drugged and kidnapped by locals planning to sell their organs on the black market.
Average thriller that follows in the footsteps of movies like Hostel. The film starts out well enough but soon becomes a bit too predictable. It makes good use of it's settings, though the underwater scenes tend to drag on a bit and unfortunately it's not very scary.
