A police detective searches for a serial killer when black garbage bags appear all over the city containing various body parts.
A dark thriller that is a bit too muddled and confusing. It takes a long time to get going and is hard to follow, leaving many questions unanswered. The acting is decent and there's some extremely gory scenes, but it struggles to put all the pieces together.
