In a futuristic London, a detective hunts a vicious killer that seems to be less than human.
Average sci-fi/horror that doesn't take itself too seriously. The acting, effects and script are incredibly cheesy, but that almost works in the film's favour. It's hard to dislike a movie that revels in it's b-movie status. The story falls apart by the end and the London setting is an odd choice, but it's fun while it lasts.
