As the world becomes overrun with zombies, a small group of military officers and scientists hide out in an underground bunker.
Romero's third zombie movie is a very different film. While it is slow going and doesn't have as much action as 'Dawn', it still manages to be an interesting character study. When the horror finally kicks in it is impressive though, mainly thanks to Tom Savini's make-up effects.
