A group of teenagers in Orange County are stalked by a killer called Horny The Clown.
Enjoyably cheesy throwback to 80s horror movies that is surprisingly clever and alot of fun. The acting isn't the best and the story doesn't make much sense, but that's not the point of a film like this. The kills are gory and there are plenty of them, and Horny The Clown makes a pretty good villain.
