A bizarre movie that is held together by the outstanding Christian Bale as the titular 'psycho'. The film does well to capture the era and the story is interesting enough, but it does start to falter a little as it nears its conclusion. A clever if confusing thriller, watch it for Bale's phenomenal performance.
