Them

A couple asleep in their home are awoken by strange noises in the middle of the night.
An atmospheric french thriller that starts well but ultimately falls short. Based on a true story, the film suffers when it reveals what is actually going on and the final act is a big let down. After a tense first hour that is competently directed and acted, it's a shame that it all ends so poorly.
