Jigsaw kidnaps a doctor and forces her to keep him alive while he trains his new apprentice.
Incredibly gory and very difficult to sit through, this sequel is still a pretty solid entry in the series. The story is well told and the acting is much better this time around. Unfortunately the film suffers from the sheer number of stomach-churning moments and at times it goes way too far.
