A mutant emerges from Seoul's Han River and begins to terrorise the local community.
A refreshingly clever and enjoyable monster movie, this is quite possibly the best horror film of the year. It's thrillingly tense at times and hilariously silly at others. The ensemble cast is excellent and the shifts in tone are handled extremely well. A near masterpiece by a director definitely worth watching.
