A doctor invites a group of people to stay in a supposedly haunted mansion as part of an experiment.
One of the best haunted house movies ever made. The atmosphere is excellent and the film cleverly uses shadows and noise to scare the audience. The pace drags at times and the movie is a bit long, but there are some truly great scenes that still manage to unnerve.
