A mother searches for her daughter in the deserted town of Silent Hill.
An excellent adaptation of the video game, this is a creepy and well made horror film. The atmosphere and sets are great, and the acting is solid enough. But where this film really excels is in the realisation of the monsters. When they appear they are very scary, and there are some amazingly gory scenes.
