Prowler, The

A masked killer, wearing World War II U.S. Army fatigues, stalks a a group of college kids at the annual Spring Dance.
Early eighties slasher that has some good ideas but is let down by a plot that is never really explained. There are some impressively gory deaths and the costumed killer is original, but the film is far too vague about what is going on. Not a bad effort though.
