A giant flying lizard is spotted on the rooftops of New York and an ex-con is the only person who knows the location of the monster's nest.
Despite an interesting premise this is a really poor film. The film's biggest problem is the awful creature effects, which combined with some shoddy direction makes the film feel very amateurish. The acting isn't great, but Michael Moriarty does give it his all in the lead.
